This course is set up to allow you to advance your knowledge of alcohol service and prepare you to be a bartender through easy-to-master lessons. As you move through the course, you will learn specific and detailed information about how to serve alcohol responsibly and learn the regulations for bartenders, sellers, and servers in Nevada.

How long does the course take?
This course is self-paced, but most people can get through it in just a couple of hours. However, you may take as much time as you need to understand the content, and your personal study habits will ultimately make the most impact on your total time spent.

Remember, you can take as much time as you need to study the course material and there are no penalties for retaking the exams.

IMPORTANT:
Our Nevada Responsible Serving® course is valid across the entire state. However, Clark County (Las Vegas) and Washoe County (Reno) also require all alcohol servers to pass a proctored exam. This means that you can take the training online, but then you have to sit in front of a person to validate your identity and take the test. The test will take about half an hour.

Clark County (Las Vegas) and Washoe County (Reno) require all servers be trained, and require all servers have a hard plastic Alcohol Education Card. Training is optional in all other counties, but a proctored exam is required to get the hard plastic Alcohol Education card.
